Return Policy

60‑Day Return Window

Wallscape offers a 60‑day return policy on all unopened rolls of wallcovering.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
• Returned goods must be received and inspected before any refund or credit is issued.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

• Returns made within 21 days of purchase are eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
• After 21 days (up to 60 days), customers may receive store credit only.

Store Credit Option

Customers may choose to receive 100% store credit toward their next Wallscape order, with no restocking fee applied.

Non‑Returnable Items

Please note the following important exception:

• Wallscape Custom Wallcoverings are not returnable under any circumstances, as they are produced specifically for each customer’s order.

Return Shipping Costs

All shipping costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of refund or credit preference.

5‑Year Warranty Coverage

Wallscape Wallcovering proudly provides a 5‑year warranty on all of our products, including:

• Wallscape In‑Stock Wallcoverings
• Wallscape Bulk Wallcoverings
• Wallscape Custom Print Wallcoverings
• Wallscape Dry Erase Wallcoverings

This warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or environmental conditions outside recommended guidelines.
